La coordinazione integrale dell’arto inferiore

ORIENTAMENTO FORMATIVO:

L’arto inferiore è luogo corporeo di coordinazione integrale per eccellenza: esso da un lato si articola con la variegata conformazione dei terreni, e dall’altro si continua con la configurazione globale del corpo, in tal modo coordinando le esigenze di relazione del soggetto con il mondo in cui si muove.

I problemi dell’arto inferiore, al di là delle tradizionali classificazioni fondate sulla genesi traumatica o usurante, sulle lesioni strutturali o sulle disfunzioni di movimento, vanno considerati innanzitutto come sofferenze della coordinazione integrale fra il soggetto e il suo mondo. In tale ambito possiamo assistere alla perdita inconsapevole di competenze gestuali basilari come il radicarsi, il sostenersi, il rivolgersi.

L’analisi somestesica dell’esplorazione tonale e gestuale permette di scoprire tali sofferenze latenti negli indizi espliciti dei dolori locali, nei nodi e nelle tensioni con cui si organizzano gli squilibri tonali, nelle zone d’ombra escluse dalla coscienza. A partire da tali rilievi i gesti della terapia manuale e delle forme gestuali iniziano a cercare nuove disponibilità tissutali, e a tessere nuove propagazioni e distribuzioni somestesiche coordinate fra piede, ginocchio, anca e tronco.

Più in generale in una dimensione esistenziale ed ecologica, l’esperienza terapeutica dell’arto inferiore mira a ricostituire il radicamento e la mobilità del soggetto nel suo contesto di vita, favorendo il sostegno di sé, riducendo le distanze spaziali che separano, rimuovendo gli ostacoli, e rimettendo così letteralmente e metaforicamente in cammino la relazione con il proprio mondo.
