Il risveglio dell’arto superiore

ORIENTAMENTO FORMATIVO:

L’arto superiore è campo aptico, con cui si pone in evidenza la ricca relazione conoscitiva e manipolativa della mano in relazione tattile e cinestesica con gli oggetti del mondo. Anche in questo caso, come abbiamo osservato anche a proposito del campo radicale, si assiste a una duplice dinamica di tatto pro-cinestesico e cinestesi pro-tattile che permettono allo stesso tempo di avere esperienza somestesica dell’oggetto e di sé. A partire da tale osservazione, tutto il corpo tocca l’oggetto, e l’oggetto toccato mette in gioco tutto il corpo.

La funzione generale aptica si prolunga nella funzione poietica, ossia la capacità di produzione creativa, con cui si realizza un mondo fatto a misura delle proprie esigenze. Le funzioni aptica e poietica, aventi a che fare con la manipolazione e produzione manuale di oggetti materiali, può essere una linea di esperienza di tipo “ludica” e “occupazionale” nell’esperienza terapeutica.

Ma c’è anche una linea di esperienza terapeutica più sofisticata, non materiale ma tonale, e non funzionale ma espressiva, che abbiamo individuato nella morfogenesi tonale della mano, la cui tonalità risuona con quella dei luoghi di senso, modificandola.

All’altra estremità c’è la spalla, ponte fra braccio e tronco, i cui schemi tonali distesi o cedevoli danno avvio a gesti capaci di sostenere i pesi o soggetti a farsi sovrastare da essi. In essa il conflitto, prima di essere un dinamismo patologico fra tessuti, è una qualità relazionale problematica fra corpo e mondo.

Risvegliare la somestesi e le potenzialità di relazione autoregolata con gli oggetti quotidiani, e riscoprire nuove qualità del predisporsi nello spazio di esperienza, sono gli obiettivi fondamentali di un approccio terapeutico orientato a restituire all’arto superiore la propria tonalità somestesica, oltre che la fiducia nelle proprie possibilità di relazione efficace con gli oggetti quotidiani.
