La coordinazione integrale lombo-pelvica

ORIENTAMENTO FORMATIVO:

A motivo della sua posizione centrale, la regione lombo-pelvica è un luogo di passaggio, crocevia di attraversamento e smistamento per forze ascendenti e discendenti. Quindi un luogo sempre sollecitato, chiamato in causa e a mettersi in gioco in una coordinazione dinamica.

Avendo precedentemente individuato la radice della sofferenza nella mancanza del senso somestesico e relazionale, l’ulteriore analisi del problema ci porta a indagare e affrontare la rete somestesica di relazioni corporee e spaziali in cui l’area lombopelvica è coinvolta come luogo di riferimento necessario.

La sofferenza lombopelvica si rivela innanzitutto quando viene meno al suo ruolo di centro integrativo e regolativo per la coordinazione somatica e somato-spaziale. In tal modo l’area lombopelvica si predispone a subire gli eventi in termini di sovraccarico, cedimento, instabilità. Il nodo primario del problema sta molto spesso nell’insensibilità e nell’incuranza con cui il centro lombopelvico si dispone, anziché nelle proprietà fisiche degli eventi che esso si trova ad affrontare.

Nell’esperienza terapeutica è necessario quindi che l’area lombopelvica si riscopra come centro dinamico, capace di tessere la qualità e la varietà delle relazioni somestesiche e spaziali che la vita quotidiana gli offre, garantendo la continuità dei flussi di forza e l’integralità delle forme gestuali.
